Anthony Davis OT Rutgers #75

Ht: 6'6
Wt: 325

Strengths:
Elite size and strength. Very strong lower body. A dominant pass blocker. Very good as a run blocker in short yardage situations. Has experience at both guard and tackle.
Weaknesses:
Speed and agility are lacking; doesn't have the ability to get to the next level of blockers. Plays too upright at times. Doesn't bring his best effort on every play; could be an issue of conditioning or effort. Hasn't faced many elite defensive lineman playing in the Big East. Will struggle with the elite speed rushers at the next level.
Comments:
Davis has the size and strength to be a dominant lineman at the next level, but I'm not convinced he's an NFL-left tackle. His athleticism isn't up to the caliber of most NFL left tackles, and he may be better suited on the right side. He reminds me of Vikings right tackle Phil Loadholt, who was a dominant left tackle at Oklahoma but his physical style and lack of agility made him a better fit for the right side in the NFL.
