Strengths:
Experience at tackle, guard and center. Adequate as a run blocker and in pass protection. Decent lower body strength. Good fundamentals.
Weaknesses:
Hasn't faced much top competition; transfered from Ole Miss following the 2005 season. Does not carry his weight well; has a pudgy build and may actually benefit from losing some weight. Rarely finishes off his blocks and may be too lazy to handle the NFL.
Comments:
Henderson has some upside considering he comes from a lower level of competition but he lacks the strength and athleticism to handle NFL defensive linemen. He's worth taking a shot on in free agency, but should not be drafted.
