P.J. Hill RB Wisconsin #39

Ht: 5'11
Wt: 218

Strengths:
Elite size and strength. A bruising running back that is very difficult to bring down once he gets moving. Good lower body strength. Keeps his legs moving and is able to pick up the tough yards once he's been wrapped up.
Weaknesses:
Terrible running technique; runs completely upright which allows for smaller guys to knock him down that otherwise should have no business tackling a back of Hill's size. Footwork is poor; dances in the backfield and gets stopped for a loss far too often. Durability is a concern. Seems to always bee nursing an injury
Comments:

Hill's career has gone downhill his since freshman season. After carrying the ball over 300 times a freshman he's worn down at the end of both his sophomore and junior years and missed time with injuries. He's a fringe prospect with limited upside. His only role in the NFL will be as a short yardage specialist.

Update (3/5): Weighed in at 218 at his pro day - over 20 pounds shy of his playing weight in college. His weight loss is encouraging and will allow him a chance to be an every-down back if given the opportunity.
