Arian Foster RB Tennessee #27

Ht: 6'1
Wt: 233

Strengths:
Elite size and strength. Above average speed for his size. More elusive than you'd expect for a running back of his size.
Weaknesses:
Was a non-factor in the Vols offense in 2008 after rushing for over 1,000 yards as a junior. A starter for most of his four years, leading to some wear and tear. Suffered a knee injury and missed time in the spring of 2008. Missed time with an ankle injury in 2006. Suspended for his involvement in a fight in 2006. Has a history of fumbling problems.
Comments:
Foster was given a second-round grade by the NFL Draft advisory committee in 2007, but he won't come anywhere near that projection after a forgettable senior year. He won't from a very good and occasionally dominant running back to an non-factor in the course of one year. He'll likely fall to the 6th or 7th round, at which point he could end up being a steal if he's able to reverse his fortunes.
