are fairly consistent. Speed is adequate. Has experience on kick and punt returns. |

Not a physical receiver by any means. Doesn't play like a possession receiver,
which is where his value would be at the next level. Fell off the map as a senior. |

| Kelly had a breakout
junior year in 2007 and enter his senior year with expectations of becoming a
potential 1st or 2nd round pick. However, he took a major step backwards (maybe
even two) and has fallen into the late rounds. He definitely has the potential
be an impact receiver in the NFL, but there is also the possibility that he was
a one-year wonder. |
