Tony Carter CB Florida State #4

Ht: 5'9
Wt: 179

Strengths:
A four-year starter. A hard worker. Excellent ball skills. Plays far above his physical abilities.
Weaknesses:
Vastly undersized; lacks the height and overall bulk to project as a starting cornerback in the NFL. Overaggressive and careless at times. Tackling ability is well below average.
Comments:
Carter is an excellent athlete, bordering on elite, but his lack of size will cause him to struggle at the next level. He doesn't have the elite speed to make up for his lack of size and will be limited to playing as a nickelback. He's worth a late round pick, but may struggle to catch on unless he lands in the right system.
