Weaknesses:
Has never been a full-time starter at cornerback. Vastly undersized.
Comments:
Garvin's value in the NFL is strictly as a return specialist. He offers very little as a cornerback and likely will never be more than a last resort at the position, assuming he's able to win a roster spot based on his return abilities.
