| Strengths: | ||
| Prototypical size. Plenty of experience against top competition; a three-year starter. A tough runner with the ball; willing to lower his shoulder and capable of running over defenders. Has the size to develop into a dominant blocker. | ||
| Weaknesses: | ||
| Lacks the speed to stretch the field. Probably won’t be much of a weapon in the passing game at the next level. Blocking technique is below average; plays too high and struggles to slow down more athletic speed rushers off the edge. | ||
| Comments: | ||
| Stocker has the size and enough athleticism to be a well-rounded tight end, but he’s still a project. His raw skills are better suited to be a block-first tight end at the next level, but he’s currently more polished as a receiver. His upside is limited, but he could be a serviceable backup tight end at the next level. | ||
