Jordan Cameron

Jordan Cameron scouting report

Jordan Cameron TE USC
Ht: 6’5″

Wt: 254

Rare athletcism for his size; a former basketball player and converted receiver. Impressive leaping ability. Has the speed to stretch the field. Has all the tools necessary to be a dangerous weapon in the passing game.
Extremely raw due to his limited experience at tight end. Originally went to BYU to play basketball. Transferred to JUCO in 2007 to play football. Finally landed at USC where he was a backup wide receiver in 2008 and 2009. Rarely saw the field until 2010. Very little experience as a blocker; needs to improve his technique and may need to bulk up as well.
Cameron has all the tools necessary to be a starter at the next level, however, he has almost no meaningful experience. He’s developmental prospect who could prove to be one of the best mid-round picks in this draft, however, developing him will be a process.
