| You can’t teach size, which is why Smith will get a serious look from the NFL. However, his inability to remain with one program and his lack of experience against top competition will limit the willingness of teams to take a chance. While he lacks elite speed, he definitely has the potential to develop into a quality possession receiver. | ||
