Clint Boling

Clint Boling scouting report

Clint Boling OG Georgia
Ht: 6’5″

Wt: 308

Strengths:
Four-year starter with experience at guard and tackle. A smart, technically sound player with great fundamentals.
Weaknesses:
Limited athleticism; will probably be limited to playing guard in the pros. Doesn’t have dominant strength; got pushed around at times by more physical defensive linemen. Needs to improve lower body strength if he’s going to play guard in the pros; struggles with the bull rush too frequently.
Comments:
Boling is a very safe mid-round pick who should be a reliable and versatile backup at the next level. His upside is limited, but he’s ready to contribute immediately. He isn’t a future All Pro, but he should have a long career as a backup/spot starter.
