Tori Gurley scouting report

Tori Gurley WR South Carolina
Ht: 6’4″

Wt: 216

Strengths:
Ideal height. Long arms and big hands. Definitely looks the part of an NFL receiver. A tough runner after the catch; will break some tackles.Willing to go across the middle.
Weaknesses:
Unreliable hands; uses poor technique and uses his chest to cushion the ball too often. Limited experience; only a redshirt sophomore with 75 career catches. Already 23 years old. Lacks the speed to be a deep threat.
Comments:
Gurley definitely has potential based on his size, but he is still very raw. He lacks the production that you’d like to see from a prospect, but you can’t teach size so he will get drafted late. Given two to three years to develop he could become an impact possession receiver, but it will take some work.
