| Elite height. Great overall size. Built like a prototypical possession receiver. Long arms and big hands. Gives a solid effort as a blocker. | ||

| Incredibly inconsistent. Never came close to living up to his potential. Very unreliable hands; drops far too many passes, including some very easy ones. Limited speed; not a threat to stretch the field. Arrested in 2010 for his role in a fight. | ||

| Tolliver is immensely talented but never lived up to expectations at LSU. He was given every opportunity to succeed, starting over 30 games and playing in over 50 but showed very little improvement. Someone will roll the dice on him, because he definitely has potential, but he shouldn’t be counted on for anything substantial and may struggle to make a roster if his work ethic remains a concern. | ||
