| Strengths: | ||
| Good overall size and strength. Three-year starter at strong safety. Very reliable tackler. Showed a steady improvement throughout his career; one of the few bright spots on a very weak Washington defense. | ||
| Weaknesses: | ||
| Not much of an athlete. Struggles in coverage. Doesn’t have great ball skills (just one career interceptions). Basically a smaller linebacker in the secondary. | ||
| Comments: | ||
| Williams lack of speed and athleticism limits his upside but he should be a quality backup and could develop into a special teams star. Most likely, he isn’t a future starter but should be able to make a roster and is worth a late-round pick. | ||
