| Strengths: | ||
| Dominant left tackle at Lehigh; four-year starter. Good overall size and strength. Excels as a run blocker. Strong lower body allows him to drive defenders backward. Does a nice job anchoring against the bull rush. | ||
| Weaknesses: | ||
| Hasn’t faced elite competition. A position change is necessary; lacks the athleticism to play left tackle in the pros, and probably would struggle at right tackle as well. Not a very explosive player; doesn’t deliver a strong initial pop. | ||
| Comments: | ||
| Players like Rackley that come from lower divisions and require a position change are difficult to project. In time, he could develop into a great interior linemen but he will probably be a bit of a project. While he definitely has upside, he has too many question marks to take until the late 3rd round, if not later. | ||
