Lee Smith scouting report

Lee Smith TE Marshall
Ht: 6’6″

Wt: 266

Elite size and strength. A dominant blocker. NFL bloodlines; father Daryle was an NFL offensive tackle for six years in late 80s/early 90s. Good possession receiver. Reliable hands.
Limited athletically. Doesn’t have the speed to stretch the field. Probably won’t be used much as a receiver at the next level. Originally went to Tennessee but was kicked off team as a freshman after being arrested for a DUI.
Smith will never be a Pro Bowler, but he definitely has a spot on an NFL roster. He’ll probably never start but every team needs a quality blocking tight end and few do it better than Smith.
