| Strengths: | ||
| Small compact build makes him tough to bring down; does a nice job running through arm tackles. Decent speed; has the ability to bounce runs to the outside. Shows good vision. A patient runner. Experienced as a receiver out of the backfield. | ||
| Weaknesses: | ||
| Slightly undersized; few running backs with his build are capable of carrying the load in the NFL. Not a very powerful runner; he’ll break some tackles but he doesn’t really push the pile. Doesn’t pick up the tough yardage. Limited blocking ability. | ||

| Todman isn’t an elite prospect, but he’s a solid option in the 3rd or 4th round. He has the potential to develop into a starter, but should be a solid backup at the very least. He’s the type of running back that rarely does anything to wow you, but he’s just solid in everything that he does. | ||
