| Strengths: | ||
| Impressive athlete. A converted wide receiver. Good speed for a tight end. Capable of picking up extra yardage after the catch. Reliable hands. Does a really nice job finding soft spots in zone coverage. Showed steady improvement throughout his career. | ||
| Weaknesses: | ||
| Suffered a broken leg in 2008. Gives a good effort when blocking, but still developing his technique. Would benefit from bulking up; doesn’t have the strength to be a dominant blocker right now. | ||

| Kendricks is the next in what is becoming a long line of quality tight ends to come from Wisconsin. He doesn’t really stand out in any one area but he is solid across the board and has the raw skills necessary to continue to develop. He’s worth a shot in the 3rd or 4th round and should be a solid backup if nothing else. | ||
